A presentation on recruiting, engaging and retaining a multi-generational workforce in today's work environment. Each of the five generations in the workforce is unique. In order to recruit, engage and retain this workforce, managing needs and expectations should to on the forefront. Learning about the generations and discussing strategies will be presented.
Speaker: Dr. Marilyn Faulkenburg, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP
Dr. Faulkenburg, is an adjunct professor at various higher education institutions and teaches Human Resource, Management. Leadership, Ethics, Organizational Development and business classes. Marilyn holds a BS degree from Purdue University, MA in Human Resources/Management from Webster University and an Ed.D. in Leadership Education from Spalding University. Marilyn was a professor at Sullivan University and taught in the HR Master’s program. She has over 30 years of experience in business and 6 years exclusively in Human Resources.
